Itinerary

Saturday, 29 November 2008 - Depart from the U.S.A. for South Africa

DAY 1 – Sunday, 30 November 2008

Arrival in Johannesburg in the late afternoon  where you will be met by a representative of Ntaba Tours and assisted through to your hotel at the Emperor’s Palace Casino complex. Check in at the Mondior Concorde hotel for overnight on a bed and breakfast basis.

DAY 2 – Monday, 1 December 2008

After breakfast transfer across to the airport again for a flight to Hoedspruit  Airport. On arrival you will be met by a Ntaba Tours representative and transferred by road to one of the private lodges for 2 nights on a full board basis. On arrival at the lodge, enjoy a light lunch before departing on your afternoon safari . You will be escorted on safari by your ranger and tracker who work as a team in the bush to look for animals. During the safari drive, stop for a sunset drink, and then return to the lodge for dinner, usually served outdoors. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 3 – Tuesday, 2 December 2008

You will be woken up for an early morning safari before breakfast. Return to the lodge for a full South African breakfast, and then enjoy some relaxation time at the lodge in the heat of the day. Enjoy the pool, take a nap, sit out on your verandah and soak up the peace and quiet of the African Bush, or perhaps take a bush walk after breakfast in the company of your ranger. In the later afternoon, depart on another safari drive. Return to the lodge using the spotlights to look for nocturnal animals such as lion, leopard and hyena. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 4 – Wednesday, 3 December 2008

Enjoy your last safari drive before breakfast. Depart the lodge at about 11h00 for the local airport for your return flight to Johannesburg airport. On arrival you will be met by a Ntaba Tours representative and transferred through to the Irene Country Lodge and check in ahead of the main group’s arrival for the Beekeeping Safari.

Price per person sharing:  $1135.00

Price includes:

1. Meet and greet and transfer service on arrival in Johannesburg to the Mondior Hotel

2. Accommodation at the Mondior Hotel on a Bed & Breakfast basis on the first night.

3. Transfer service from the Mondior Hotel to the airport for the flight to MQP/HDS

4. Domestic Flight and airport taxes from Johannesburg to MQP/HDS return

5. Arrival transfer from the airport to the Private Game Reserve Lodge

6. 2 nights accommodation on a full board basis at a 4 star graded lodge with air-conditioning, with all meals included as well as 4 safari drives over the 2 night stay

7. Return transfer from the lodge to the airport for the flight to Johannesburg

8. Meet and greet and transfer service from Johannesburg Airport to the Irene Country Lodge to meet up with the main group’s arrival of the Beekeeping Safari.
