Overview

Robin Mountain will be your host on your trek and safari. Anyone is free to join the trek, but the group will be limited to 14 people.

Robin was born and raised in South Africa on a farm and speaks 4 languages. He has been privileged to have spent much time discovering the natural history and incredible beauty of the African continent. He possesses extensive knowledge of the bush and has spent much time hiking and on safari in different areas of Africa.

Traveling with Robin is a tremendous experience because of his great leadership skills and his unique ability to share his passion for life, his knowledge and enthusiasm.

Itinerary

7-day Machame Trek and 5-day Lodge Safari

• SEP 8: Arrive Kilimanjaro Airport, transfer, overnight Keys Hotel or similar

• SEP 9-15: 7 Day Machame Trek

  • SEP 9: Machame Camp (BLD)

  • SEP 10: Shira Camp (BLD)

  • SEP 11: Barranco Camp (BLD)

  • SEP 12: Karanga Camp (BLD)

  • SEP 13: Barafu Camp (BLD)

  • SEP 14: Summit, Millenium/Mweka Camp (BLD)

  • SEP 15: Return to Moshi, overnight Keys Hotel or similar (BL)

• SEP 16-20: 5 Day Lodge Safari

  • SEP 16: Drive to Lake Manyara, afternoon game drive, overnight at Lake Manyara Hotel (BLD)

  • SEP 17: Drive to Serengeti, visit Olduvai Gorge and optional Maasai village, overnight at Serengeti Wildlife Lodge (BLD)

  • SEP 18: Serengeti, full day game drive, overnight at Serengeti Wildlife Lodge (BLD)

  • SEP 19: Drive Serengeti to Ngorongoro, overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge (BLD)

  • SEP 20: Ngorongoro Crater, half day game drive, afternoon drive to Kilimanjaro Airport and depart

Pricing

Price per person land only, double occupancy in U.S. dollars:

$2715/person

Price includes:

• 2 nights at the Keys Hotel, double occupancy with breakfast

• Additional days and activities before and after the set itinerary.

• Tips for your guides and porters
