unanticipated significant increases in airfares, significant changes in monetary

passport. Seating requests are applicable to intercontinental flights only.
Seating requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change. Bulkhead and
exit row seats cannot be pre-assigned. Special meals, if applicable, must be
specified with registration.
Passport and Visa:
Please ensure that your
passport is valid for at least six months after date of departure and that you
have a minimum of two blank pages in your passport for travel to South Africa.
You will be refused entry into South Africa if these conditions are not met. No
visa is required for US citizens to enter South Africa.
Immunizations & Malaria:
No “Shots” are necessary. Malaria prevention treatment is strongly advised if
traveling to a malaria area. Please see your doctor before traveling. For

Accommodation
The cost of accommodation is based on double occupancy. Single supplements are
available at additional cost.
Payment Terms
for Tours:
Deposits: A
non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour is due with a
completed registration to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation will be
confirmed once Ntaba Tours has received a signed reservation form and the check
for the deposit has been cleared. Please make your checks payable to “Ntaba
Tours”. Returned checks will incur a $30.00 penalty fee. Credit Card payments
will incur a 3% processing fee.
Final Payments:
The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to departure. We are committed
to bringing you the very lowest prices possible for our tours. Therefore, the
tour price already includes a cash discount per person for payment of balances
by check payable to “Ntaba Tours”. If you wish to pay your balance by credit
card, please note that a credit card processing fee of 3% will be added to your
transaction. By providing your credit card details and signature on the
Registration Form, you are authorizing Ntaba Tours to charge your credit card
with the applicable amount for your trip.
If members of your party wish
to pay separately, complete the reservation process for each passenger who
should be billed separately. Be sure to enter all names as they appear (or will
appear) on your passports, including middle initials.
Registration Deadline/Late
Registration: Registrations
made after the Registration Deadline will be treated on an individual,
space-available basis, with no guarantee of acceptance. The quoted price cannot
be guaranteed for Late Registrations and is subject to change. These
